Active (Carb info below)

Low Carb Diet: Get at least 50 to 150 carbs a day, no more. No breads at all or potatoes. Drink lots of water. No sodas or sweet tea. Stay away from fruit if you go on a real diet. Apples, bananas, peaches...so on, are filled with natural sugar. Grapefruit is ok. A weight management trainer will tell you that fruit is the wrong way to go if you are planning to lift heavy weights. Body builders diets and the light weight aerobics diet are two different things. Carbs is what puts on the weight, but also gives you the energy you need. Carbs need to be taken in at moderation, as said, 50 to 150 carbs a day. Staying active while on the diet will be a big factor in loosing weight. (I thought I'd throw the info out if anyone wants to take a shot at it for health reasons or to make you feel better emotionally and physically.)
