       Update on my health and absence  
             April 13th my 20 year old son took to Fairbanks Hospital specializing in alcoholism  drug addiction. Through all the pain I talked to my friends about and told them of the good pain meds I was on I became addicted to them. I was in the best treatment center in the U.S.A At Least I knew patients from all over the map. I feel like my life has been changed forever and for the first time in my life I want to live. I am working a 12 step program for anyone familiar with alcoholics anonymous or              narcotics, overeaters, gambling anonymous they all go by the Big Book of A.A. This some people think of as a bunch of religious fanatics but in truth no one forces God on you. You choose a power greater than yourself and call this God as I understand him. This isn't for everybody and it is anonymous but I am not breaking anyones anonymity but mine as choose to do with you. I know I am not the only one subject to pain and doctors using more and more potent painkillers as your body gets so used to 1 then it doesn't work anymore and higher doses are used and it is a merry-go-round ride for me anyway. I do not blame the doctors anymore although my family wants to be able to blame someone or something or other than me. Someday I will get through to them that I did it to myself and it will take the rest of my life working these 12 steps and living how God would have me live. I hope you can understand I am remorseful for not being an honest friend. I have a lot of work to do daily. Meetings every day for sure. Then working on this house that I let go for so long. This is my time to grow spiritually and I am really enjoying life now. I am a much better friend now, not that I was a bad person before,I was a sick person that is healing. I still have back problems, I go the 16th of this month for a 3rd. mammogram, there is a 2 centimeter mass in my left breast so I am anxious for now. All I can do is pray that that it isn't cancer if it is I am in better shape now mentally to deal with whatever I need to do to stay healthy for me and my family. I love you all here in Blingeeland
 such wonderful friends you are. Thank you very much for staying faithful with me and now on my road to recovery I need friends like you. Gloria and Kerstie you don't know how much you did to save  my life by talking to me and never judging me when I was so inconsistent. Thank you
