26 Angels ~ Sandy Hook Elementary School-Newtown, Connecticut

This is my tribute to the victims of heart-breaking tragedy that happened on Friday, December 14, 2012 :*( The numbers on each of the angels are the ages of each of the victims from Sandy Hook Elementary---Here are the names of each of the angels----> Rachel Davino, 29 Dawn Hochsprung, 47 Anne Marie Murphy, 52 Lauren Russeau, 30 Mary Sherlach, 56 Victoria Soto, 27 Charlotte Bacon, 6 Daniel Barden, 7 Olivia Engel, 6 Josephine Gay, 7 Ana Marquez-Greene, 6 Dylan Hockley, 6 Madeleine Hsu, 6 Catherine Hubbard, 6 Chase Kowalski, 7 Jesse Lewis, 6 James Mattioli, 6 Grace McDonnell, 7 Emilie Parker, 6 Jack Pinto, 6 Noah Pozner, 6 Caroline Previdi, 6 Jessica Rekos, 6 Avielle Richman, 6 Benjamin Wheeler, 6 Allison N. Wyatt, 6 --- When first broke I was like the rest of the nation...I was in disbelief and shock. I just couldn't believe that this just happened. My heart is very heavy with sadness. I've been trying to rack my brain to make sense of it all but I've come up empty. My hear felt prayers go out to all the family and friends of these precious victims. In fact, that's all I've been doing since this all happened...It's the only thing I can think of doing. Otherwise I just feel completely and utterly helpless! I've been looking up one scripture after another just to find a little comfort and this is what I've come up with --- PROVERBS 6:16-19>>16These six things doth the LORD hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him: 17A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, 18An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief, 19A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren. ============================================================================================== ROMANS 13:4>>4For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil. REVELATION 21:8>>8But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death. ============================================================================================== For me, when horrible tragedies such as this happen, I have no choice but to turn to God's words. Afterall, what's the alternative? Again, my heart-felt prayers go out to the families and friends of these beautiful victims/angels. I ask any that stop and look at this creation to please say a heart-felt prayer--God Bless
