Sample border frame. I made this using Corel PSPX3. I made a blank 600X600 image and then I framed it with 3 small frames. I used black, grey, and light grey. If you upload this through the blingeemaker, yes, you can take the original, you can add ANY animation to fill the 3 frames. Have fun with it. Use it, practice. Remember, you have to upload it through the blingeemaker or it won't work, upload the original blank one shown below, I'm going to upload it next.
