Der volkstümliche Vatertag wird in Deutschland am christlichen Feiertag "Christi Himmelfahrt" gefeiert. Der Vatertag findet im Jahr 2022 deshalb am 26. Mai statt. International wird der Vatertag meist im Juni begangen.
